Clawbuster is an iGaming team and we develop gaming products with unique mechanics - "grabbing". We are proud of our success, products, and team. To get better, we are looking for an experienced and talented Game Mathematician to join the team.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the full game development process, from ideation to release.
• Contribute creative ideas for game mechanics, themes, and innovative elements to boost player engagement in collaboration with CPO.
• Develop Game Design Documents that include comprehensive descriptions of all relevant features.
• Ensure all Game Design Documentation remains current and accurate.
• Coordinate production efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between art, sound, math, and development teams.
• Collaborate with mathematicians to fine-tune game balance and mechanics.
• Run playtests, evaluate feedback, and refine gameplay to enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with QA to guarantee game performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze post-launch data to uncover opportunities for optimization and inform decision-making.
• Monitor risks, track project milestones, and adjust priorities to keep development on track.

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, or comparable role in game development, ideally iGaming.
2. Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and market trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage development pipelines and produce detailed documentation, such as GDDs.
4. Skilled in using tools like Jira and Notion.
5. Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
6. Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
7. Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
8. Enthusiasm for games and a focus on delivering player-driven experiences.
